(Ed.) degree programmes run in affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. The online application will run for six weeks starting from 8 September 2025.

Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has invited all candidates who wrote the 2025 UTME and scored the approved minimum mark to apply for admission. The call covers both UTME candidates seeking entry into ND or B.Sc. (Ed.) 100 level, as well as Direct Entry applicants aiming for 200 level admission into the B.Sc. programmes.

  • First Choice: YABATECH must be chosen as the first-choice institution.
  • UTME Score: A minimum score of 160 in the 2025 UTME is required for ND and B.Sc. (Ed.) degree (100 level) courses.
  • Direct Entry: Candidates applying for a 200-level B.Sc. degree admission must also register through the college portal.
  • Age Requirement: All applicants must be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2025. Those below this age should not apply.
  • Choice Adjustment: Applicants who initially chose YABATECH as their second or third choice must change it to their first choice on the JAMB portal before applying.

  2. Click on the link “POST UTME SCREENING 2025/2026.”
  3. Carefully follow the portal instructions to complete your registration.
  4. Pay the non-refundable processing fee of ₦2,000 (excluding result verification, bank, or online charges).
  5. Payments can be made online or at designated banks. Note that cash is not accepted directly by the school.

  • Ensure that the names on your O-level result, UTME slip, and other documents match exactly. Inconsistent details or wrong passport photos may lead to disqualification.
