Man found d3ad near pedestrian bridge in Lagos

A yet-to-be identified was found d3ad near a pedestrian bridge at Ile Epo Oke Odo area of Lagos State.

A Facebook user, Ilesanmi Iyanu Samuel, who confirmed the discovery in a post on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, said the corpse has been lying on the spot since Sunday despite several calls to relevant authorities to evacuate and deposit it at a morgue.

“So, I got information that the man in the picture here had been dead since Sunday. The Lagos emergency bodies have refused to take action despite several calls, including one made to their boss, a female whose details I'll rather keep off this space,” he wrote.

"The d3ad body still lies besides the pedestrian bridge at Ile Epo Oke Odo as at the time of making this post.

"If it's within your power to speed up action on this kindly let me know, thank you.

“Feel free to tag anyone who can influence the evacuation.”
